No calls yet. What a surprise!

she will never be in power along with sir keir so she can call and back all kinds of ridiculous ventures that put off voters in the real world and not appeal to the idiorts on social media.

The day just gets better and better.

Sir smarmy embarrassed or what bearing in mind the labour flags etc proposals...

'SIR KEIR STARMER's support for the abolition of the monarchy in Britain has been revealed in a recently-surfaced interview clip in which the former barrister admits he "proposed" removing the Royal Family.

Sir Keir Starmer admitted to having republican views towards the Royal Family in an unearthed video from his past. The footage shows a younger Sir Keir being interviewed in 2005 following what was known as 'the McLibel case'. However this contradicts what the now Labour Party leader claimed during a Channel 4 leadership debate last year.'

Bring back Corbyn, at least he doesn't pose with the Union flag and pretend to love our great country.

I suppose corbyn at least didn't hide his hate of everything this country stands for unless it meant he might get into no 10.

God knows why I'm responding but you'll find a vast amount of the time I'm on here is between 4am to 6am as Rickler will happily attest to as frequently its just the two of us on the members list

Starmer just for once got something wrong. God forbid he was reacting to the farce of PMQs where the oaf goes off on a tangent on every question (reprimanded yet again by Hoyle yesterday)

Guess what Starmer has apologised openly. The vile drunken oaf Johnson lies and lies and lies and yet never offers an apology for the utter decimation he's caused and the 130,000 that have died on his watch

You're also almost certainly too stupid to realise just why he's openly apologised. I'll let you work that out and revisit the thread 5am tomorrow to see your response

Over to you.....

Portugal got off relatively lightly in that first wave, although it later caught up in terms of confirmed cases relative to population.
Now, though, the situation here is dramatically worse, with a giant third wave in January that has seen the country top global rankings for new cases and deaths associated with Covid-19.
Daily new cases have recently been around 10 times their peak of last spring, and January accounted for 45% of all coronavirus deaths since the pandemic began.

Higher infection rates per 1000 than us, higher deaths than us per 1000. Do you not realise that although Johnson is a twat it's the virus killing people in a worldwide pandemic or do you think the Portuguese PM is doing coke instead of his job?

Poland has seen cases and deaths surge, Sweden's numbers are bad, Belgium is world leading sadly, it's as if the virus moves outward from Italy seeking new areas to infect, I guess nations with plenty of old folk, the obese, BAME and middle class Skiers taking trips to Italy in Jan/Feb 2020 is always going to suffer, let's pray that the vaccine crisis in Europe can be sorted out and its people wake up the hope that Boris has given to United Kingdom.

I can admire any real socialist who actually believes what he preaches Ie Michael Foot, what I cannot admire is someone like Starmer who is frightened to admit what side he leans to in case it hinders his rise to power, like Blair he is a flip flopping posh cretin with zero morals or backbone.

Argyle legend Michael Foot had it in his 1982 Labour General Election manifesto for the UK to leave Europe if Labour had won, that's good enough for me.

He was a proper real Labour bloke who loved his country, not like the middle class Euro loving modern day champagne socialists.

How about a new party? The 'Real Labour party'? no Knights of the realm, no Lords, just decent men (and women) like Michael.

Sir slimey in trouble.....

'The BBC's Andrew Marr mocked Sir Keir Starmer, as he joked that no-one knew what "Starmerism" meant before hitting out at the lack of direction under the embattled Labour leader. Labour has suffered a torrid week after a leaked internal report found that party voters were confused about "what we stand for, and what our purpose is, but also who we represent". Over the weekend, a senior Labour frontbencher was also caught describing the Covid pandemic as a "gift that keeps on giving" for lawyers.

Speaking on the BBC, Andrew Marr said: "He had to apologise to the Prime Minister after that argument about the European Medicine's Agency.

"But for the Labour Party, the bigger issue is why they are not further ahead in the polls at the moment."

During the paper review, The Telegraph's Madeline Grant added: "That is it. They have struggled.

"Keir Starmer has been in charge for quite some time and people don't really register him in their thinking, they don't really know what Starmerism is or what he stands for.

"He has been accused by some of opportunism - of being endlessly critical of the Government and not being forthcoming of what he would do if he was in charge."

Not as good as some on here try to tell us.

Another labour twat showing himself up...

'A Labour Peer faces criticism after describing the Covid pandemic as a "gift that keeps on giving" during a talk to fellow lawyers.

Shadow Attorney General Lord Falconer was giving a briefing to fellow lawyers when he said it but insisted he was referring to changes in the law caused by the crisis.

In a recording obtained by the Mail on Sunday, Lord Falconer can be heard introducing a talk on how the pandemic has affected the law, saying: "This is a gift that keeps on giving, the law keeps on changing, keeps on getting more complicated, and is always interesting."

Lord Falconer, a friend and former flatmate of former PM Tony Blair, is also a partner in international law firm Gibson Dunn.

Conservative Party chairman Amanda Milling said the recording was a "troubling" example of the opposition's approach.

One person who was at the meeting told the newspaper: "Lord Falconer's comments to a group of legal advisers were solely about it being an interesting time to study the law."

Ed Miliband said the shadow attorney general was “very very sorry” for his choice of words.'

They just never learn do they.....

'Senior Labour MPs have called for the former Shadow Chancellor to stand as their candidate in a future leadership challenge. This comes just ten months after Sir Keir took over from Jeremy Corbyn following Labour's worst election defeat since 1935.

One former Shadow Minister said: "Sir Keir has missed his chance to take lumps out of Boris and his serial incompetence.

"Now the vaccination programme's going so well, I'm afraid that Starmer's just missed his chance."

The former minister added how members of the Party are now turning to Mr McDonnell, a key Corbyn ally, to help rescue the party.

He continued: "This is not a coup against Keir.

I know the true socialists aren't very popular at the moment but with a very right wing Tory majority now more than ever do we need a swing way to the left with the opposition. Fair enough they would struggle to win an election but if they pushed socialist ideas then they would regain a huge swathe of disgruntled Labour voters which would then cause the right to swing to the left a little to appease them.
Since Blair we have had nothing but right wing politics bar Corbyn who himself failed to clarify what he stood for for fear of voters not liking it.

Labour tried swinging to the left with Corbyn, the voters rejected them, Blair won three elections by going Tory Lite, not one country in the world has a true socialist society.
