| Be interesting to see who stays and who goes both back room and first team.
Mayor and G Cooper to follow up north.
what ever compo/transfer fee we get should use it to get our house in order.
Get the likes of Ennis,Camara, Hardie & Cooper tied down to longer term deals.
Hope theres not a january fire sale. |

Is that confirmed? If so good news, continuity at least. Yep. Seems like an acrimonious split as far as Lowe goes. Never before have I seen a new manager announced on the baggo prior to an announcement saying the old one has left. Resignation from Lowe would point to a ‘toys out the Pram’ scenario.
That announcement, and the way it came speaks volumes. Lowe almost ignored in the statement, with virtually all the emphasis on Shuey. It did make me raise my eyebrows the way it was worded, usually it would be thanking Lowe for all he had done whilst mentioning in the closing paragraph that Schuey will take temporary control of the team. At the end of the day it was in Lowes contract he could leave to a higher division club so would be interested to see where the fallout came from? |

| I expect PNE had sounded out Lowe even before they got rid of their previous manager.
Never thought Lowe looked at Argyle as anything other than a stepping stone.
Perhaps Steve S wants to see the job through |

| Still doesn't make sense why he'd resign though if he'd been given permission to talk to Preston, will that have an affect on our right to compensation as technically he's no longer our manager. |

| The only thing I'm bothered about is when Lowe comes back for some players in January. Lowe leaving does not bother me one bit. I actually think we were at the start of a Lowe trade mark extended losing run - which he'll probably continue at Preston.
Need to get behind Schumacher!! |

| It’s strange as I don’t feel pissed off about Lowe leaving, we’re a more professional outfit now and the club’s statement is cold and spot on. It’s now Ryan who ? and welcome Steven Hopefully SS’s contract is a good one, I believe he originally signed a new one until 2024 at the same time as Lowe so I would assume the contract length still applies but with a Manager’s salary |

| Since being in the public domain, things have happened really quickly, which would lead me to think that things have been going on in the background for a while. Lowe had a clause in his contract allowing him to speak to clubs in a higher division so can't blame the club. Can't really blame Lowe either, more money, higher league, nearer home, has to be a no brainer.
He did well for us, left us in a much better position than when he joined, so thanks for that Ryan.
Pleased that Schumacher isn't going with him, he's a very highly regarded coach and popular at the club, it's a great opportunity for him. Plus he moved his family down here when he joined the club, which should please one or two.
Overall, disappointed that Lowe's gone, but a little excited for the future under Schumacher. |

| Seen 'em come, seen 'em go but Lowe not really much different from Holloway with the badge kissing, this is a massive club, running towards the Devonport end fist pumping shit-Grovey certainly called it right all along about him. Can't blame any manager for moving on to better things of course but 'tis the chutzpah that grates, should be used to it by now i guess. Don't agree with appointing Schumacher as manager-the weight of history is against him because appointing from within has never worked for Argyle and in some cases has proved utterly disastrous-would have been a pretty good time to bring in someone with a decent record to have a fresh look at things before the January window and maybe give it a bit of a crucial tweak here and there. Doesn't meant to say that i don't wish Steve Schumacher all the best though, sincerely hope that he proves that history is bunk and he turns out to be an inspired appointment. |

“Nurse, more meds please” Because.......? Because? Because you clearly need them!
Who’d you have as assistant? Carl Fletcher? Just a structured explanation rather than a rant please. Happy to debate but it is difficult when the comments back are pretty inane. Wotton is on the up and is a local legend who would give his all for Argyle. Warnock has been there, seen it and done it so could pass on this experience to Wotton. That's the bones of my argument. Over to you... |

It’s a bit strange that Schumi accepted the position so quickly. Did the club know that he would stay if Lowe left? Has Lowe leaving been on the cards for a while?
Seems like it was all a done deal before it was a done deal - if you get my drift. Maybe not everything was milk and honey behind the scenes after all. Pfft, wadda we know! |
