The club also announces that it has entered into a conditional contract to buy the land (adjacent to the Stadium) at Higher Home Park that is not required for the new international ice arena. It is proposed that, subject to planning, this arena will be moved to the west - so that it will sit closer to the Life Centre - and Argyle will acquire the balance of the Higher Home Park land.

The club getting some land back from Bent the land grabber is good news - great news we wont have to listen to his stupid voice and hear his Bull Shit

for much longer, just bugger off Brent and do us all a favour and offload your remaining 30% to someone who really cares about the club. parteeeeee

The only thing that is plan to be build on HHP is his ice rink which will be move to the front of the car park if he can receive planning.

Is anyone really that shocked? the slimey toad was always going to start cutting his ties to the club once that clusterfuck began being built severing all ties by the time the thing is built.

somehow i cant see us getting a decent stand being buikt in return just more shit being built there.
