We have received an E mail from the thicko that I referred to earlier in this thread, claiming that his human rights have been infringed or some other such claptrap.

So, with that in mind and aware that even freaks get protection, his name has been swear checked out to Plank.

Get hold of greenjock im sure he will backup any case with his personal stories of how nool passed around his details on a bus.

Motor just needs to point people in the direction of 'the scandal go far' part of ATD to see what that site owner is like.

The response from the Pasoti mods gives a good indication as to how professionally they run their site. I wonder if Nool's PAFC backers are aware of it? And if so are they worried about their investment being ruined by such appalling behaviour?

The other thing that I find strange is that its Nool involved in this sort of thing again. How come its always him? Of course he claims that everyone else is a freak but surely he must be starting to wonder by now if he is the actual problem and not everyone else.

So what's the latest from the legal side of thing's Motorman?

My other half is currently locking and blocking facebook, email contacts, the works, due to her job we are currently making sure the family is safe.

If Pasoti dont remove the posts made the Police and my legal firm will be contacted to take action.

I did think that due to 'owning our football club' could i ask for him to be banned, but in the real world we dont have any more say than fans at any other club

I had a reply to my complaint about Data protection, they have asked me to forward on any more screen shots ive got (which i have) i also added screen shots of his statement after editing my details

I then contacted my local police station, who although very helpful couldnt help, BUT they put me in touch with Charles Cross, and i spoke, at length to a Police man in the computer crime team, he assured me that this is the very thing they are cracking down on, they have taken all the details, he was surprised a forum owner breached the rules in the first place but shocked when i went on to say how is referring to me now, in his own words the Policeman said, every user knows who he is talking about, and that is what his team are stamping down on.

I went on to say from my understanding im not the first person Ian Newell has done this to, and he has done far worse to others, ive got a meeting with him, inc my laptop, on Wednesday, i never delete history so its all there, then he will be taking a statement and going from there
