B is making it plainly obvious that he feels indebted to Brent so how on earth can someone that feels such a debt represent the fans that on occasion voice opinions that do not sit alongside the views of the owner? There is a complete conflict of interest, B should resign from the "wonderful" PASB, ASAP and, maybe his replacement won't be as forthcoming in their support for such things as the "wonderful" new mini stand that B alone found to be so "wonderful"!

Zackly. Mr Brent being wonderfully supportive in his time of need will come with strings attached and it doesn't take too many favours to ensure that awkward questions will slip further down the list of priorities once you have fine fellows like messers Back and Hooper proposing and seconding Brent is given 3 cheers at the start of each PASB meeting.

It would appear he's so obsessed with corporate governance model that he's forgotten he's meant to represent Joe Soap fans.  No wonder he beloves The Snooper with his parish council model.  God save us from experts in their field.
