I will just leave this here

Non-league Aylesbury FC say relegation is "unavoidable" as they cannot make their changing rooms bigger in time to meet new Football Association regulations.

They currently need to be a minimum of 12 square metres in the seventh and eighth tiers, but that will increase to 18 square metres by 31 March.

Clubs that fail to complete the work by the end of July will be relegated.

"The club unfortunately very soon realised that the deadline was simply not achievable," Aylesbury said.

"Although all the people involved with the club are obviously devastated by this situation, we are even more committed now to ensuring the future of Aylesbury FC, taking a step backwards to once again move forward."

Aylesbury - a point outside the relegation zone in the Southern League Division One Central - said that while their home and away changing rooms are "very close" to the minimum requirements, their room for match officials would need "major reconstruction" to meet the requirement of six square metres.

The FA wrote to a number of non-league clubs on the issue in October but say notice of the change was given in 2014, and clubs can apply for up to 70% of the funding for any work through the Football Stadia Improvement Fund.

Clubs must deliver planning permission, if required, proof of funding and a completed, enforceable contract to both the FA and their league by the end of March.

"The change was to accommodate increased squad sizes, more medical equipment and an improved environment for players," the FA said.

"This is a mandatory requirement from those leagues and the vast majority have already achieved this."

Anyway its not a problem for social climbers like Nool who have left the oiks on the terraces to suffer whilst he piles on the pounds in the hot fork buffet in a swimming pool cafe whilst watching Argyle "in style".

Laundry, two officials changing rooms, physio, two storage areas and and boot room too. It's about 220m2 internally, on the drawings. To be fair, it looks big enough on the plans - the changing rooms are the best part of the twice the FA minimum size for league clubs.

So unless they've massively reduced the plan dimensions in the latest NMA, they'll be fine.

18sqM is for 7th tier clubs. We may be planning for that level but for EFL clubs is 30sqm which is the size we're getting and no more.

At least that puts pay to the previous worry that Jimmy had eyes on Brickfields.

The social climbing scumbag will defend his argument even when he has had his ass handed to him on a plate by grumpy loyal and mr clark.

Oh how I live for the day when this chump and his baboons are no longer trying to curry favor with whoever holds the reins at home park.

Feel quite guilty about leaving poor old Grumps on there fighting virtually a lone battle, our views were along the same lines and we formed many a double act mostly against Mr Brent's proposed abominations. Have a suspicion that he may well be posting on this site anyway but that could be wrong.

Get back there, Greeny.  Be fun to see Nool squirm even more than he is now...

Boy is Nool dense.   He defends the indefensible thereby giving himself no credibility.    Jon Back has fecked up.  It's obvious.  Otherwise the Argyle PR machine would be blaming it on the suppliers and claiming there was nothing PAFC could do.

Back has now compounded his error by proudly announcing a deferred opening and then missing that date with no explanation at all!  It's the same old Argyle...  Don't they ever learn?

and now this little pearl...

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

WTF!

Why on earth if Argyle have something 'iconic' that is worth "burying", would the club not put it on display for the fans to enjoy?  What sort of idiot buries the clubs heirlooms?

This idea is about as stupid as stupid gets.  No wonder the imbecile that is IJN likes the notion.

Well they like burying stuff don't they.

The truth about the state of the steelwork.
The drainage issue.
What exactly is going on with the refurb,
Where all the money's gone.
And their heads in the sand.

The list's endless.

Newell is gonna blow. Quite amusing he didn't dare lay into Graham Clark so Grumpy got both barrels instead.
What Nool in his utter stupidity fails to grasp is that there are 1000's and 1000's of Argyle supporters across Devon and Cornwall and elsewhere who openly wonder what sort of a Cretin Brent is over this ongoing fiasco and not some small gang as he puts it on internet forums carrying 0.1% of Argyle supporters at best

As Punchy says the sooner Nool Brent and the rest of his posse are run out of town the better

I see Nool is now setting up GL events to take the talk for Jimmy and Bungo being incompetent,

"As for your amateurish comment, fo you really think so? I was super impressed with Wring and the demolition and from what I’ve seen so far of GL and what they are doing I’d say the very opposite."

So it's now GL's fault that the plans weren't finalised and virtually fook all happened all summer is it? They have barely started the job and Porky has the hatchet out. My guess is that Nool knows the mankover I'd going to go wayyyyy over time and is setting up the next fall guy to avert attention away from his incompetent pals.

Nool is barely literate, but I read that as GL are like Wring and are being professional.  They are the "opposite" of being "Amateurish"?

Do you really think Nool is going to accuse Brent of hiring a firm to do the refurb that is amateur?

There's the rub: if GL are incompetent and useless then who did due dilligence and then signed the contract?

What of that person?

In the end there is nowhere to hide and nobody to hide behind.

He's admitted that "people have fudged up" but thinks that everybody should just chill out and not worry about it. What does it matter if the club say the club shop will be opened in September, December, New Year, Mid January....only to not open and nothing is said to when it will open, it is amateurish, it's like totally condensed, top of the league amateur behaviour. It's quite obvious that's it's Brent that's "fudged up" as if it were anyone else hed be sticking the boot right in.

It was meant to have opened in September of last year so probably about 6 months late time it does. It wont be completed anytime soon. Its gone back to the Planning department because the club wanted (or have been forced) to make material changes.
