Friday night D+LT thread

Gin and Tonic. Lots and lots of Gin and tonic. Ice and a slice, natch.

Trying to find a load of Christmas tunes to burn on a CD for use at the Trust gazebo tomorrow for the Foodbank collection. The only Xmas tunes I possess are a particularly fine rendition of Run Run Rudolph by assorted members of Motorhead, ZZ Top and the Foo Fighters, and various x-rated Christmas songs by Kevin Bloody Wilson. Not really suited to the foobank appeal.

Tonight I have been drinking (in a rare Friday evening at home) a cheap French plonk whilst listening to Bobby McFerrin & the Israel Philharmonic. Nice.

Tonight I have been drinking lots of shiraz, a pint of a superb winter brew and a glass of ginger beer (too late - pissed already). And listening to some damn fine 20's music courtesy of Geoff Lakeman & his band.
