I don't think Postcode was laughing. I had an interesting chat with a respected and well known fan at the game yesterday. Things are happening behind the scenes at a rapid pace and the directors box could look very different soon. The powers that be have taken a very dim view of events this week (there have been further developments elsewhere). The new directors are very interested in supporter engagement.

50.1% is going to be drastically reduced. Whether he still retains an active interest in the club will be anyone's guess. But the directors box is getting rather full and a cull is on the cards.

Maybe there is a glimmer of light at the end of the long dark brent tunnel. What's certain is the club can only move forward once it's free of the dead hand of brent.

Just guess work on my part, but I would imagine that Hallett is very likely to find a substantial investor in the US to buy Brent's 50.1%

I wouldn't be at all surprised if, at the end of the season we do make L1, to see Brent step back or even leave having sold his interest for a decent wedge. He can then step into the Argyle Hall of Fame and have a mural painted somewhere. I'm sure someone will arrange that. pig

The 'Golden ticket' as it's referred to will be at an end.

The summer could prove to be an interesting time.

Brent has what he wanted all along the carpark and the stadium so there is little point in him hanging around when he will get to build his fun house on hhp.
