Really? I mean really? Newell?

Anyway, Webb's banned from ATD

i mean if he/they came on here for one night answered questions like nikkk has done it might help ease tensions. It will never resolve them fully i dont think but at least he/they can have a say and people can have their say all within the laws of tha land and forum and maybe some issues can be resolved and the kettle can come of the boil for a bit.

but i dont see it happening in anycase as ian loves controversy and chris is banned.
abuse that is

I think the problem is getting over the abuse. According to some on here I am a dreadful pay day loan shark of all things ! and linked with all kinds of nonsense.

With great respect Nikkk - the problem is that Newell has plenty of 'previous' - I'm not sure whether it's sociopathic or psychopathic or both.

if some underlining issues where discussed and resolved (some of them go back years) it would go along way adn bring closurer but it wont happend unless ian is willing to acceptdiscuss what he has done to some on here and apologises... and viceaversa im sure its a 50/50 thing...

if he is willling to do im am positive the mods on here would facility a control enviroment to allow it. Chris too i am sure the mods would life his ban to allow it if its genuine.

as for the loan shark comments yeah i may have said it once or twice apologises again if thats not true. like i said with my question earlier when will we get to know about your company as since fes popped up at home park i dont think anyone had heard of your company or what you do and such. But kudos as now we heard of you but not alot about what you do sinve pay day loan companies are springing up left right and centre its probably why FES is in the catergory.

No FES are not loan sharks or anything close, and I and my company will do all we can to support the club and get out of the shit ! And you know what Ian and Chris are exactly the same. You may have issues but we all support the club. It was going to be a brief visit and then feck off !! but i'll hang around and defend my corner for a while. Gve them some slack please. Thanks for chatting tonight.

Let them get on with their childlike 'muriels'. They will get painted over when this nightmare is over.

Only the already hooked and dimmest of dimwitted Avivas, will be impressed by the antics of these people.

The complete lack of any commercial sophistication is as obvious as it was predictable. Either Brent doesn't care , or he thinks all football people are as lacking in class and intelligence as those he calls friends.

I have no issue with the murals. They brighten up the ground. Its a shame they are designed by that piece of shit Jamesydesign, but it would probably cost too much to get someone competent to do it.

My issue with it is that there are hundreds of better ideas for murals then a Pasoti love in or an attempt to ass kiss Darren Purse. I would rather see GENUINE club legends on the walls, rather then someone who had a few good games in the championship. How about a photo freeze frame of a memorable match like Villa Park in 84 or QPR in 2004? What about the team photos of our promotion and championship winning teams through the years? How about putting something in place that connects with our history - maybe a collection of shirt designs, or photos of all our previous managers, or pictures of HP through the years? How about a collection of flags to celebrate the different nationalities who have played for us.

Agree with you Frank let's have some proper legends. If they put any pictures of Webb or Newell on the murals they will get vandalized. Newell has upset so many people in the past they wouldn't last five minutes before someone gets there permanent marker pen out.

On the issue of some else doing the designs I know someone that could do a far better job and not charge as much as you think.

Fair play to you Nikkk for coming on here and defending yourself. I don't really know / care about your previous history but on the face of it, you look to be a fairly well off bloke

A simple question from me therefore - would you ever entertain the idea of actually buying the club off old Brenty boy if things went tits up again?

Given that his input has been strictly of the nature of a loan thus far, how does it feel to have put more into the club than the chairman?

Hi Nikkk, well done for coming on here and defending your corner. My view fwiw is that it is your money and you can do what you want with it. The fact that the club and by proxy JB is accepting money in this way is crap and the staff should have been paid in full by Brent when he bought the club, but that is another argument and again not your fault.
On the subject of being a loan shark, this is an accusation that I have used after hearing that your company deals in payday loans. Is this true? I for one would be happy to apologise if I have said that in error.
As for the abuse, I think that it is un founded and I personally have taken no part in it. As for the company that you keep? You are a grown man and obviously done very well for yourself but you are judged by the company that you keep and frankly associating with Ian Newell is not going to do you any favours. If I had longer or thought that you were interested I could tell you why I don't like the man but wtf, I sure that you already know about that, is all that I will say is that it's pretty well all true.
I would also like to tackle the accusations that no one on here attends games, that is frankly bullshit, I have been a die hard fan for over forty years, I have suffered shit football with the odd exception through most of those years. I stopped going to home games this season because it was the only way I could tell JB how pissed off I was with the cheap option of hiring Fletch for another season when it was obvious he didn't have what it takes. Now I am happy that JB has made a decent appointment, shame he didn't do it six months earlier. If you came on here during a match day you will feel the angst when we are losing and much lip trembling when we are drawing, we care, that is why we moan, we really care, probably a lot more than our brand new fan and reluctant bidder James Brent.
Thanks for showing your face, that took balls.

I agree on the real club legends having them, in my eyes timar, halmosi & buzsaky had a few good games but no where near legendary status to warrant any afterthought, castle/dalton nugent/marshall one chris suggested (i took out nicholls) seems a good suggestion i would rather that went ahead over the three hungarians.

FB You could stick the freeze frames of fans at memorable matches ones in the barn park end that would be fitting.

It has to be a pasoti mural for pasoti to advertise itself and in turn the pasoti owners/controllers retain their perks. Pasoti has lost a significant post count lately and with that will go the justification for 'perks'.

Personally I think it's a good thing. For every new pasoti user there's a potential wake up call to what's been going on and another Argyle fans eyes are opened.

I think the bloke who did the naked pitch invasion in the Marino Keith Exeter Game at HP should get some recognition (just a headshot) afterall his nuts were dragged through the old Home Park gravel trap that went round the pitch. Or the other nutter at the same game who beckoned the city fans with the corner flag Very Happy
