He's trying to buy allegiances, that's how he operates but they don't last long because most people have a moral compass.

This has been coming for years and years. The reluctant one recognised the ambition and has used it brilliantly to fill his boots.

Quite where Tenpole and chums fit in I'm still in the dark. Do they really want to terminally restrict the club and create a shabby concrete jungle around it in Central Park.

Where's the ambition ? They should have searched for a developer willing to do the job properly, even if it meant handing over Cottage Field.
