I thought he could not use the park and ride or the life centre car parks

193 designated car parking spaces plus 650 car spaces
at Outland Road park and ride (increasing to 730), 350 car
spaces at the Plymouth Life Centre and 161 in the Higher
Home Park and Western Gateway carparks.

I can hardly believe what I'm seeing but as expected by everyone here the shyster was never capable of developing feck all on HHP and was simply stringing all along. Wonder how the pig is feeling at the moment. The advert clearly mentions hotels as well HAS he actually red carded the lot ??
PCC and the life centre will be delighted to hear the feckin squire has the brass neck to openly say I'll have your parking spaces as well.....

Talking of which whats happened to these GTs over this prospectus they were going to release over trying to raise money to build brents supporters bar.

At last Brent shows what his idea of park development is. He's called it Mayflower Gateway, to purposefuly reflect that horror of
a retail park, Reading Gateway, next to the Madejski stadium. It's quite clear how this area will deteriorate into another shopping opportunity for tacky goods and food. Well done Plymouth. And then onto the next stage when it's discovered nobody is able to make any money there.

Not that its getting built anyway but on the 1% off chance the office blocks do go up a change of use to retirement flats or similar ??

At some stage, almost a certainty. Even half the city centre retail units are being demolished and turned into appartment block profit centres. The old Commercial Union offices that my first wife worked in are emptied and next in line to be demolished for flats shortly. I think they also come under the "student accomodation" ubiquitous planning deceit, but am not 100% sure. The same will happen with the Central Park "offices"

Awesome! I'm going to turn my house into a restaurant, put it up for rent and tell potential tenants there's parking on the neighbours' drives, in the loading bays for the shops and over the kids' play area.

98 days. Absolutely nothing has happened. But it won't be until the close season when still nothing happens that penny finally drops for the brentophiles. I suppose there's always more pics the herald can publish of broadband cables being laid nowhere near the grandstand with the caption "work continues on new grandstand" LOL
