Damon I appreciate the fact that you recognise the accusations against me are ridiculous, and I come on here as my own person. Why would you feel the need to refer to my friendships ? I have every right to mention legal action when it has been suggested I should be in jail for goodness knows what... I don't think you would be any different.... and in a lot of what you say I support you as you well know !

There is no enemy, and today and the previous time several months ago are the only times I have instructed solicitors.

Nikkk, rightly or wrongly nobody on here trusts you as far as they could throw you because of your promotion of IJN as 'your man in the Boardroom', your 'sponsorship manager'. That is why I refer to your friendships. Of course you have a right to mention legal action, after all this is a site where threads are not cleaned up, but you come across as a bombastic control freak when you do.

Oh surely that's not fair. I have only been on here 2 or 3 times and then as a result of very proactive issues. I am happy to debate fairly. I am certainly not a bombastic control freak !!

The libel laws give forums 48 hours to remove any post deemed libellous by an individual.

We have removed the post that was deemed to be libellous to you and that is the end of the matter as far as the libel law goes.

Instructing a solicitor is a complete waste of time and money.

Google and you will find the new libel laws and the actions that should be taken by forums.

It gives forums protection from people who cry libel every time somebody posts something they don't like.

Look I want to be fair about this. Please consider that I have a commercial consideration and adverse posts here will cause problems in addition to the FES difficulties already being posted. I have no wish to cause this site difficulties but I guess you understand where I am coming from. I would be grateful if you would acknowledge that the suggestions toward illegal activity and references to"prison" are unsubstantiated .
