Do the ongoing legal issues mean that a settlement has not been reached with the raisers of the winding up petition i.e. Richard William West and Trevor Malcolm Newman, trustees of Waltham Forest Friendly Society?

Give Nikkk his due, at least he comes on here and posts. Folks may not like or agree with what he posts (you may have noticed that) but at least he fronts up unlike others who hide in the shadows.
