It looks like they're going to deflect and deceive til the bitter end. All corrupt regimes implode eventually.

Most of us just want our club to prosper but with this mob licking Brent's arse it's just not going to happen.

Why make peace with Pasoti?

It is now largely a "Support the owner/club at all costs" site, where there's little,if any, reasoned debate about anything other than straightforward "on the pitch" topics.

As long as everyone knows this and treats Pasoti and it's contributors as the "We'll support the "club" whatever happens" group, that's fine.

Incisive debate that questions the way the club is being run is more what ATD is about.

If you want to know who scored the last away goal at say, York City, what they had for breakfast and who watched them score the goal (after a 7 hour trip in a yellow minibus) have a look on Pasoti. If you want to know who's paying the staff's wages or if the club's going to go tits up again, take a look on here.

edited to add; While Pasoti seems to be run by and pander to a bunch of lying devious toerags, I would be sad to see it's demise.
After another demoralising defeat that plunges the club closer to BSP oblivion, it's goods to go onto Rumours on Pasoti and see that we are on the verge of enticing Kevin Phillips away from the treadmill that is the Championship promotion battle- or getting Robbie Fowler to put his boots on again to help save us.

Peace?

Who is 'at war' with 99% of the posters on Pasoti anyway?

It's just a few in the mod room, some of their friends, and the scumbag that is Ian Newell that I mainly have a problem with.

exactly

this isnt a ATD vs Pasoti "war" its a "war" as you say between certain indivduals on there the known suspects with certain indivduals on here.

not all on pasoti are at fault for the sins of those acting in pasoti's name. Likr not everyone on here as a gripe with pasoti on here.

Exactly the point Angry. There is no need for a war or peace between anyone. Pasoti exists and those that are happy with it continue to post on there. ATD exists and the same applies to members. Let those with a gripe continue their war of words and threats or whatever elsewhere rather than have to do it on the forums themselves. There is little in the way of debate anywhere it is just a "you did this or that" and a "Oh no we didn't/I didn't" and vice versa. It seems to me that a certain few on pasoti are set on continuing to be stupid and a certain few on here are intent on keeping up the rhetoric on every thread possible. The people less interested in all of it then have to pick their way through all the stuff to post on the actual topic of threads. Maybe both should have access to each site and a section devoted to claim and counter claim with it all being resticted there rather than in general.
