Welcome CG, as PP says, you'll find a pretty much 100% agreement with you on this site.

There's no new bannings been promulgated on the naughty list CG. I'm presuming you were GFL and Bubba has replied with a degree of clarity on the admin board on there. A sin binning by the look of it.

I've pretty much shied away from this topic since I first posted it, what a wanker I was for shying away.

I woke up today and learnt about the Stapleton et al bid with Lombard.

I've dropped a few posts here and there and left opinions.

Being conscious of legalities I do my utmost to not leave myself open to libel or slander etc. Imagine my disgust when 'alleged' suddenly disappears from my post.

I cant put this down to IJN specifically but I can categorically state there is something very wrong on PASOTI.

Of course I cannot prove it.

Well I wouldn't put anything past the sort of hypocritical morons that control that forum.

It was certainly an eye-opener. Learn something new everyday.

I never thought I'd ever question my support of what I deem my club from my city. When I joined up in the mid 70s as a 10 year old I soon got hooked, not by the football on the pitch but the comraderie from the supporters. This comraderie just isn't there anymore and seems to have been replaced by the PASOTI minority.

I don't like any personal abuse anywhere ... that's why I left the other website where it is rife. Fortunately, we get virtually zero abuse of fellow posters who actually use this site. However, many on here obviously hold the culture of Pasoti to account at times... and rightly so.

I don't understand exactly what Coxside is getting at, but I certainly don't see what could be construed illegal about that post.
Also, I certainly do not want a Pasoti moderator moderating ATD. This objection smells of something I don't like at all.

Agreed, I really don't see the libel at all. I imagine their mod log shows that someone did edit Coxside's post, but it won't show WHAT was edited.

I am awaiting a response from IJN over there whilst he works out what has happened. Unless it is earth shattering then I suggest we put the thread back.

We don't need to be waiting on him, Frank. Some folk should never be given an inch unless it is patently the right thing to do.
In my opinion Naps is doing his usual lap of honour after a hopefully good day for the club, and thought he'd take a pop at ATD.

The mod who deleted a section of Coxy's post will now be contacting him via PM on Pasoti. Had he done that in the first place then we wouldn't have had this situation.

I would say that 'tampering' with a members messages, particularly removing words like 'allegedly' is the real crime.

Well handled Frank. It's so sad that posters on here get threatened first, when the truth is Pasoti should be putting it's own house in order.
That website's moderating team needs to sort it's act out.

And thinking about it, I would have thought moderators deleting words that change the entire message meaning, with no recourse for the poster, is quite a serious thing to do... that's outrageous behaviour. Who can trust that any post on that site is actually the words of the account holder ?

IJN seems like a great guy to me. He along with other fans have done a lot for this club in recent times.
