Why doesn't Peter Jones come out and make some of these speeches himself? The use of his Ocean City (how much did that catchphrase next to picture of Smeatons Tower earn him from rate payers' money) brand by Webb, IJN & co. is pretty evident.

I would be interested to note the reaction if any of the retail or leisure and family oriented tenants of the new development refused to recognise trade unions or employed people on zero hours contracts.

Probably the same as when redundancy where announced to some of Argyles 200 employees or some of the youth coaches put on self employed contracts

privatise the Royal Mail and give them the same conditions of 'leisure & family orientated offerings' employees
