great show (as usual), uk entry was absolutely shocking. its not 1974 any more.

we have NO bloody idea, typical media over reaction - lets pull out cos we cant win it !!! or it costs too much in other words, well maybe the same should apply to the world cup as we dont win that either.

the problem is we let the sat eve talent show 'experts' /judges decide & thats the problem in my view. they aint experts in anything.

just get someone who can write & perform.

lloyd webber did ok & he should have been used again. we wont win it whilst we use has beens ie Blue.
people laugh at jedward but at least they perform (to some extent).

all thats required is a beautiful singer & a great track that sticks in your mind.
simple.

just like watching argyle WE NEVER LEARN !!!!!!

Ukraine will definitely be kicking the Rusky's out with a strong Euro support and now that the Queen has holidayed in Ireland we may start to pick up a few from the Sinn Fein with that Gerry Adams and McGuinness on side. This could be a tight one, either way it'll do UKIP a world of good!  clown

Gawd knows mate, it has become a farce now basically everybody votes for the country that is most liked by themselves, deffo not the UK though. I don't know why they bother with the music as its all bollocks and the politics are what is voted on. They should just open the polling booths for it.

Just watching our usual shite effort. The hook in the chorus is actually quite good - but that's it. The verse is quite sparse of any structure as is the bridge between chorus's. Very very weak.

Another shite year - but perhaps not as quite as shite as normal due to the catchy hook on the chorus.

Listening to the songs is bad enough......but having to listening to all those national presenters having their moment in the limelight eulogizing about the best ever show....just give us your scores and please go away.

Knowing that certain countries votes are bound to go to their buddy neighbours.....whatever rubbish they sing.......just makes a farce of the whole thing.

The Austrian winner....I'm confused....was it a women with a real beard....or was it a beard on a man playing the part of a women that had a beard who got the votes......the song didn't matter at all.

Finally our song did better than usual.....but nowhere as expected.

The only winner was the english language.....most used it even the Germans......but every year I say ....'that's it I'll never watch again'.....but I do....it's just a make belief fantasy world isn't it.
