| Well, someone has to start it.
Mike Cooper, Camara and Major to be sold.
My guess/hope is that a couple of experienced ex-Championship players come in to give us what has proved to be the difference between PAFC and the teams that finished above us.

| I still think there is a good player in Mayor wanting to get out he has ability but usually does the wrong thing, hang on to him, you'd have to be mental to want our best player in Pan to leave ffs as for Coops take the ten million that will no doubt get offered and let him develop somewhere else. Get rid of Wilson, Gillespie and I'm pretty meh about Houghton. Any fringe players that haven't been played then bin and loan out Law and Randall until Xmas. We need to stop signing so many injury prone gambles, huge support from fans is there match it with some bigger money signings or get someone in that will. |

| other than the loan players, the yts players in their 2nd and 3rd year and Camara who has an option on his contract i dnt think anyone really who is out of contract Tomlinson? unlike next year.
but for me schuey ought to look at moving on Wilson as he is too slow to be on the rightside of a 3 man defence we need to address that or bring in someone who can play there to give him the kick in the arse he needs.
Jephcott i'm done with him he can go for free for all i care absolutely done wih that waste of space. I hope we can talking Camara into staying but i get a strong feeling hes off regardless to the option on his contract being activated and has made that clear to the club as they have gone very quiet on his contract situation lately. I also get the feeling Grant wants out but i hope im wrong.
Cooper unless a club comes in with a crazy offer and he wants to go i feel will still be here next season he would benefit more from playing regularly than sitting in a premiership teams developmental squad and farmed out all the time.
Every area of the team needs strengthening for sure
and we need a reserve team that has regular games so we keep players npot involved currently in the first team playing and not sat on the bench for months wasting away. |

| Quite simple keep the good players even Pan if he has a year left get a year out of him, sell or give away the shit players and buy better ones. A lot of fans seem to struggle with the concept of strengthening a team but it's simple, Good player = keep. Bad player = Bin. |

Good player = keep. Bad player = Bin. if a players wants out do you think they will still play well for us if he refuse to move him on? never once worked anywhere wont work here. You are right you do want to keep the good players and add to them of course However regrettably if camara or whoever isnt interested in signing a new contract and wants to move on there is little to no point being stupid in keeping them here expecting them to still perform which would do more harm than good. |

Camara isn't out of contract he has one year left. i know i mentioned it many times, The club can option him due to his current deal however it doesnt mean camara wants to stay. If he wants to go there isnt much the club can do except get what they can for him or risk him putting in sub standard performances in protest at not getting his way. i hope he signs a new deal as again your right we need to keep the best and add better too it. |

| Can't force a player to stay and play if he wants to go. Just get the best deal you can.
Good thing is that we still have the same recruitment team. Can't think of anyone the Club signed in the last year who wasn't an improvement of what we had before. Last season we were 23rd in the Division for goals conceded, this year we are 5th.
TBH, I think the worst signings over the last three years have generally been those that had played in the same team as Rentaquote or were recommended by his bezzie mates. |

| Camara will be sold in the summer as there will be plenty of offers from Championship/big spending ambitious L1 clubs. He's very unlikely to be replaced with similar quality. With no Pan, Cooper, Hardie and Mayor we will probably have a poorer team next August. Hallett had better extend his 5 year plan to 10 years. |

| If argo show they mean busines next season and pay competitive wages then the best players will stay, thirteen thousand fans turn up every game paying good money the very least those running the club can do is to provide a budget that matches. |

| Mayor is no spring chicken and is 32 this year. I reckon he may stay and finish his career here, perhaps even being offered a coaching role within the club ?.
I hope Pan and Hardie stay, they are both vital cogs to the Argyle machine. As for Coops, same as Pan and Hardie.
Should they leave, one would hope Shuey and the backroom staff bring in the same quality - or better - to replace.

| In terms of attendance numbers compared to others, ours reflected our league position....7th.
In years gone by we would have been top3 many times with that following. Big clubs in league 1 this year in terms of attendances, and it’ll be the same next year. |

What Barnsley, Posh and the Vegan freaks? And the Derby deadbeats might be replacing Sunderland but whoever they replace, they can't flash the cash. |

Congrats to the 4 who join the first team squad All the very best to those who weren't this isnt the end im sure for many of them a club somewhere will give them their chance to prove us wrong. I am a little bit shocked Waruih was let go given the trouble the club went too to get him the day off school to sit on the bench for one of our games. |

I expect Derby County will be one of the favourites to go up. |

Derby nearly stayed up despite a massive points deduction, was it thirty? Got to be favourites for promotion. |

| The majority of Argyle’s first team squad will be retained for the 2022/23 Sky Bet League One campaign. 18 first team players are currently under contract for next season - while three others, Jordan Houghton, Panutche Camara and Brandon Pursall, have had extension options activated. It’s a great spot to be in having narrowly missed out on the play-offs this time around, with the majority of the players who achieved such high standards ready to go again. Academy graduate Ryan Law is the only member of the squad, currently out of contract in the summer, to have been offered a new one. Meanwhile, third year scholar Finley Craske has been offered a professional contract, his first at Argyle. The loan quartet Jordon Garrick, Ryan Broom, Romoney Crichlow and Steven Sessegnon will return to their parent clubs. All four have made positive impacts on the season and have, in one way or another, been integral to the side’s success. Young defender Ollie Tomlinson, who spent time on loan at Southern League Premier side Truro City, has not been offered a new contract and will leave the club upon expiry of his current deal. Club legend Luke McCormick has decided to retire from football having played 350 times for the Greens, winning four promotions. He will go down as one of the very best to wear the shirt. We thank all departing Pilgrims for making positive contributions to the culture and success of the club during their time at Home Park, and we wish them nothing but the very best for the future. RETAINED LIST Under contract: Mike Cooper, James Bolton, Macaulay Gillesphey, James Wilson, Dan Scarr, Joe Edwards, Ryan Hardie, Danny Mayor, Niall Ennis, Conor Grant, Alfie Lewis, Adam Randell, Brendan Galloway, Callum Burton, Luke Jephcott, George Cooper, Will Jenkins-Davies, Oscar Halls. Option to extend exercised: Jordan Houghton, Panutche Camara, Brandon Pursall. Out of contract, offered new contract: Ryan Law. Out of contract, released: Ollie Tomlinson. Out of contract, released (retired): Luke McCormick. Loan expired: Ryan Broom, Jordon Garrick, Steven Sessegnon, Romoney Crichlow. Apprentices offered professional contract: Finley Craske. Apprentices released: Carlo Garside, Oscar Massey, Ethan Mitchell, Lewis Moyle, Oscar Rutherford, Jamal Salawu, Angel Waruih, Rhys Shirley, Alfie Wotton. Player sponsorship can be renewed for the 2022/23 campaign. If you would like to renew, or express interest, then email [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] to check for availability. |
