I've noticed that loads of clubs have different celebrity owners/fans....

I think this may be the reason we're not in the premiership

We should do as the Argies are doing, and claim Pixie Lott, Chris Martin, the beys from Muse, Noel Edmonds (difficult) and Joss Stone (current squeeze of their mascot.)
Gary Numan flies a small Cessna in Devon, so he does operate in Argyle airspace.

The only 'celebrity' I can think of who claims to be an Argo fan is 'comedian' Josh Widdicombe. On the 'A-Z of celebrity' lists, he's about a 'Q-list' celeb.

You're welcome to them all, apart form Joss Stone, she's a paid up member of our trust, so you'll just have to wait until her year lapses OK!! Unless of course we draw another big club in round 2 of next years league cup, then you'll have to wait another year!! lol!

Only celebrity I can think of that supports you lot is... Chris Webb

Nah, he's from Exeter, which goes some way to explaining why all those songs he writes are so feckin' depressing.

He supports Torquay. Thats where the song Yellow comes from. And Muse wrote a song about Exeter called Super Massive Shit Hole.

What about the actress in Transformers 3- she was born at Freedom Field and grew up in Tavistock- could be a longshot?

Rosie Huntingdon-Whiteley

I'm famous - in my own mind.

Although I'm not on the celebrity A list yet.

I don't think I'd like to be a celebrity anyway.

So even though I am famous, I wouldn't want to be recognised at Home Park, which I wouldn't be because I'm not famous enough.

Even if I was famous enough, I wouldn't want to be.

Rambling now.

Isn't John Inverdale an Argyle fan?

Used to sit just behind me in the stand in the sixties and Mrs Piper (Normans Mum) used to sit just in front with his little sister who used to cadge sweets off my Dad, happy days.
