How will this latest abomination be dressed up in Jon's blog? I thought the plan was to build offsite and drop in the completed article. This cannot be it, surely.

That is exactly the type of set up construction sites use for migrant workers to live and kip in when on site.

The only reason I can see for not building that in block or even timber frame and clad with block is that they may have plans for that bit of land in the future. It really does look shite.

Only knows what the away fans will think this season, The Sunderland fans will be pissing themselves laughing all the way back to the North East.

Why didn't they save money and just lift the old portacabins in instead

Thats not the ticket office and superstore is it? I havent really been following the plans because I don't really understand them but that looks like the crib room for the builders

I thought the same, BR. Looks very similar to the Bar site offices when Phase 1 was under way. Surely this has to be what it is for when the ministand finally gets under way. I can't believe this is being passed off as the new ticket office and superstore. Even Argo can't this village - surely!

IE: quantity surveyors/site managers/ meeting rooms
also workers welfare huts IE: snack room,shower room, toilet etc.

Its clear from the webcam pictures that this is just site 'enabling works'

Topic on Pasoti says New Superstore and Ticket Office going in 17th July. But surely that can't be it! Look forward to Jon's development blog for clarification, and hope that it's more illuminating than the last effort.

I really can’t be arsed to trawl back through various articles, but I’m 100% sure we were told “these modular buildings are currently being assembled off-site, and will be craned in”.

Why do they actively look to mislead the fanbase with blatant lies?

It isn’t being assembled off-site. It’s coming in a flimsy flatpack and knocked up on-site.

The story being spun by the club was that this was an assembled modular building being dropped in. The reality is it is an even flimsier version of the old shop, being cobbled together in front of our very eyes.

There is no way on earth that is anything other than enabling works/site offices

Unless of course Brent has bought them job lot and is cutting corners?
