Well heeled - minted, loadsamoney. I make no comment on her physical appearance, and neither should anyone else. It could be that Webby fell for her winning smile and sparkling personality. Or he could have been attracted to her for a myriad of other reasons, of which her wealth was only one.

Not used my Twitter account for ages and must say Darren doesn't seem to bothered - looks like out with the old and in with the new, and the new looks very nice!!
