And it's to soften people up by claiming David Norris is coming back to Argyle.

Just like David Healy was eh Chris?

Am I being blind?

I can't see a post from Webby, unless he's using a multi again.

So he gives a wink and a nod to keep a couple of fans sweet at a Union meeting and then denies it to anyone else Thanks/OK

Tonsk was given the old "Take it from me" routine and now Webb's backtracking like he usually does.

I think he was hoping to miss out on the 'Most Treacherous Tainted Football Fan Ever' title whilst keeping his comedy gold classic 'presidential' title.

I know he speaks in a thicko bumpkin-style, but I firmly believe Webb is intelligent enough to be embarrassed by how much Brent has fooked PAFC over in the course of the last year or so.

His problem, as Gob aludes to, is that he would rather be arse-raped by a herd of rampaging wildebeest than give up his Presidential role. So any outspoken criticism will never be heard from everyone's favourite champagne socialist. His only option is to shy away and say nothing.

No balls. No class.

Pretty much how I see it too, and similar to Nooligan as well. He knows full well what's gone on and is still going on at the club but because he's had a taste of being a "celebrity" fan there is no way he's going to back down now and admit that Brent hasn't got the clubs best interests at heart and is very much a property developer.

They're a right pair of cnuts though Very Happy

Him speaking out against fat cat pensions (there's a YouTube clip somewhere) then tacitly overseeing/waving through/saying nothing as Brent transferred a portion of the clubs real estate directly into his fat cat pension fund did it for me. Above posts proven QED.

That's a valid point, maybe we should draw up a top 10?

I think the role of president is completely devalued by the continuing appointment of webb. OK it's not an 'active' role as such but it should be someone who's actually achieved something in life - preferably in football, someone with a bit of gravitas, and certainly someone with a bit of class and grace. And someone who can be an ambassador for the club in the right circles. Webb is none of that - all I've seen is self promotion and arguing with/insulting fans online both as himself and anonymously under user names. Get rid now. And Le Keeper in.

There are still things about the whole Greenman saga that I find so unbecoming of our club "president".

When ATD banned Webb for using multiple accounts he was furious for 2 reasons. One was that he denied ever using any multi accounts or using a proxy IP address. Obviously he later admitted this was a lie - but the other reason (and far more understandable) was that his terminally ill father had read the news first on ATD. At the time no one on ATD knew that Chris' dad was ill, or that he read ATD. I think everyone regrets the upset that this caused the Webb family at the time.

Webb threatened me with Police and legal action over the this, as did Newell. ATD was condemned over on Pasoti, and I am sure the pair of them put the boot into this website in REAL life whenever they had the chance.

But what I don't understand is that Webb was banned in November 2012. Postey came out as Greenman in February 2013 - over 3 months later. Surely Webb should have been equally furious with the Pasoti Site Manager who could have cleared his name back in November? Did he threaten Ian De Lar with Police and legal action? What about Newell? Why did he keep Postey as his Site Manager despite the hurt he had caused his best friend? Had Postey come clean immediately then the hurt caused to Webb Snr might have been lessened.

It just doesn't make sense to me. Webb and Newell have often talked about how the behaviour of some people on the internet has caused so much hurt to them and their families. They talk about keyboard warriors and people hiding behind anonymous usernames. Yet there is no condemnation of that odious creature Ian De Lar for the REAL hurt he caused in REAL life.

Or maybe Lee Jameson is telling the truth and Webb and Newell were behind Greenman as well.

Oh I think it's odds on that Webb was one of the others using the Greenman account as Postey claims, Newell as well. They're all up for sticking the boot in from behind an anonymous account but none of them could knock the feckin skin off a rice pudding.

I mean Ian De Lar threatening me with a gang with baseball bats? Nah he was the one naming my sister and mother because that's his level.

The fact that Webb and Newell both blamed firstly Ponty and then the 18 yr old club employee to me face to face says to me that it was themselves and were shit scared of admitting it to my face.

I have every sympathy for someone losing a parent so young, mine was only 59 when he died, but Webb shamelessly used his father's passing as excuses and in his vomit inducing rallying calls to get more fans through the turnstiles for his boss Jimmy B.

That's how much of a slimy fucker Webb is and everyone knows Newell would blame his family to get himself off the hook. He did it on exeweb and must have used his daughter's various accounts she set up on here.

And they're mates with other scumbags like Jameson, Hooper, Postey and various cnuts who are admin on Pasoti, as well as James Brent?

Horrible bunch of cowards.

I agree Jock. It doesn't matter how you look at it, Webb treated the memory of his Father with contempt and that's not something that anyone with a decency alarm will not be able to understand.

Maybe thats why webb has been so quiet of late maybe he has realized that what he has done was wrong and now is trying to keep a low profile, feels ashamed of his actions.

just a thought
