brent is heaney in all but name. i kept asking plebb back then why he was publicly backing brent running off other suitors when brent had the same exact ethos as heaney with his intentions towards buying the club.

A PLYMOUTH-based coach company boss has had an operators’ licence revoked by the Traffic Commissioner.

Robert Risk, who set up Target Travel and has run the firm for more than a decade-and-a-half, recently came to the attention of the Traffic Commissioner, who is responsible for the licensing and regulation of those who operate heavy goods vehicles, buses and coaches, and the registration of local bus services.

Following a very lengthy inquiry, the Deputy Traffic Commissioner recently revealed that Mr Risk appeared at a public inquiry in October 2014.

Earlier this month the Commissioner revealed their decision was to revoke Mr Risk’s sole trader licence “with immediate affect” but that “no disqualification order made”.

The commissioner also determined that Mr Risk, titled as the Transport Manager, was “declared unfit under Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 1071/2009” - an EU ruling that establishes “common rules concerning the conditions to be complied with to pursue the occupation of road transport operator”
