An obnoxious little toad with an IQ that barely reaches double figures.

Having said that the sentence was draconian to say the least, a slap, a wedgie and half a dozen flushes with his head down the toilet would have been more appropriate, just another sad indictment of the educational system and society as a whole.

Oh, and it's tale Chemmy not "tail", unless of course you know something you would like to share.
