It not only a ice ring Mr Brent plans for Home Park, the plans I heard will include the hotel, food outlets and the dreaded cinema.

Methinks I'm wondering where this is all going looks increasingly like Home Park will become a minor attraction amongst all the commercial corporate clutter-but hey,we still have a football team (of sorts).

It's good news if the football club doesn't get forgotten amidst the rest of the ventures. Somehow I don't think there will be any problems with planning permission being granted.

Mr Brent looks like he's gotten himself a nice little earner.

I been informed the parking and access to the development is the main problem, he
received the nod as the preferred bidder because he owns the car park
