Actually, as I type, digging and drilling is going on apace at one of Plymouth's last inner city derelict bomb sites bordering Victoria Park, where 10 people died during the blitz. Putting housing back where it should be put. The groundworkers don't seem unduly concerned.

Not one single poster of Nools farm has questioned that all 10 of the planning obligations are still undischarged under the planning portal and all contine to say the build is under way
