Perhaps the nonce should be more careful who he chooses for harassment. And what he takes pictures of. If he wasn't obsessed with my girlfriend and taking photos of her ass on the snide, he wouldn't have anything to get upset about.

Cerbera, I've not been involved in any previous with you so hope you'll take this as being from an 'independent' poster/mod.

This really is getting silly now. Yes, I know you're upset with Al, but to keep ranting on about obsession, is really, quite obsessive. If you two want to call each other names, please carry on, but try and keep it off the forum. I think people are getting a tad fed up with it now - I know I am.

Can I see the photo...............I reserve judgement until I've viewed the goods. Cameraphones everywhere now Plod would have no time for anything else if people started making complaints of unlawful photos 24/7

To answer you harve, it's not just the one photo. It's the constant references to her as a child, in other places than here, admittedly. But the references on here were perhaps the straw that broke the camel's back. She is not on here so cannot defend herself, but she is understandably concerned that someone she ( or I for that matter) have never met, should be taking pictures of her, particularly her butt, on the snide and then 'boasting' about it on here. And also commenting about her working, driving a taxi, again not all on here, but she is considerably shaken by what has come to light. I have said what I needed to, I stand by all that I have said, and she has the screenshots to take to the police, which she is fully intending to do.

So, yes, one picture snapped on the snide, wouldn't be an issue, but to make such a big thing about it and
with a bit of digging discovering it's not the first time, and you can see my/her position.

Whether the comment about a photo of her arse was genuine or just a bit of "fun" it's a bit over the top really.  I like Al, especially his paintings but maybe an apology would be in order.

For all those who think I'm Ian Newell's best mate, have a look down there \/ most users on line Jan 4 2012. The night I had a very public spat with Ian on Pasoti and defended this site. Until then hardly anyone over there had heard about here. Every forum has its freaks, like any football club or any other club. Not everyone is going to get along with everyone else.
Some of the posters (and dare I say, mods) would do well to read/re read this site's 'constitution'.

My girlfriend it would seem has been stalked by 'Al' for some time. At least two of the mods have shown sympathy with my position. Whether she has or will report him for harassment is not something I am going to share with this place.

You of all people know my history on here, and I have been made to look like Ian Newell's best mate, simply because I do not share the unbridled hatred for him on this site. Do you castigate Pepsipete the same way, because he an I both abstained in the Flickr thing? No, you don't and rightly so.

I fail to see what I am apparently guilty of, because nobody has ever actually accused me of anything. And I want no special treatment. If I overstep the mark, then fine, I expect sanction. Already I have unreservedly apologised on here.
