Taped it and skimmed through to the goals, looks tacky.

Good time - but the show was appalling - like the Clare Balding Wimbledon fiasco. That did eventually improve though - maybe this'll do the same.

I'm not going to give it both barrels after one show(nothing to do with the fact that we won 2-0 Very Happy ) so I'll just say, there's room for improvement.

I thought the actual highlights package was ok. I agree about the audience though, cringeworthy, lose 'em, and the cardbord league tables were beyond cheap and tacky.

It brought back memories of Andy Townsends tactic van when the prem highlights were on itv

hope so the major thing they must change is the flipping between the leagues instead of showing the games from championship/league 1 ad 2 together.

Can't even afford seats for the audience. Thought it was poor ... at best.
Maybe a couple of pole dancers in the background would help or even a fans pundit group - a fan from each club during the season with 3 on the panel. Who could we send ? Angry? Freathy? Seadog? laugh

Yeah, it was shit. The highlights were ok - the rest can be safely skipped through. The high point for me was how phenomenally awkward Adam Virgo was.

I have to agree with everyone else, the format is amateurish. A studio audience stood around looking awkward with " not sure why I'm stood here" expressions.

Another programme to record and skip through the endless adverts and drivel to get to Argyle's 25 seconds of glory.

I have just watched the show. Not a patch on the BBC effort.

It might get better as the season goes on though.
