He's going to get the West Ham job as soon as they're safe this season.

Razz Both ex-players so you never know.

A mate of mine is a Hammer and he reckons Big Sam isn't considered a West Ham manager and as soon as relegation is not an issue he'll be booted out. Bit like Warnock at QPR last season.

I doubt Fletcher will manage again for a few years if ever. Probably get a coaching job somewhere because of his playing CV but I don't think the miracle of keeping Argyle up last season made much of a ripple in the managerial world.

Hmmmm!

Comes across as a top guy and a top top manager to me.

Tells it straight and expects overpaid players to put in a shift and earn their crust.

Got fitted up by Black and has done the honourable thing, interesting that you should think that constitutes being "Spoilt".

I just wish he could spare a little time time to come down to Exeter and show Tisdale what sharp dressing really was.
