Brent did not want to spend money on a manager when he took the club over, after getting out played by stourbridge twice he should have sacked fletcher, but he let him blunder on signing substandard crap only saved last season by macclesfield and hereford going on twenty game losing streaks, so after the worst pre season ever with fletcher signing yet more crap we predictably dropped to the bottom of the league, even after getting out played and battered by dorchester unbelievably fletcher was allowed to carry on until new years day when it became clear to even brent and the superfans that fletcher was clueless and a total disaster as manager, now we are left praying that sheridan can perform a miracle i hope he can but i think brent and fletcher have ended nearly a hundred years of league football in plymouth

Not even Wobbly chops Redknapp could save us now, failing to beat the likes of Accrington at home is simply inexcusable.
Not Sheridans fault he was simply brought in too late, start booking your places at the Aviva fest for Dover and Ebbsfleet , no doubt it will be 20-30 years before we ever get a sniff at the football league again.

Brent is still making the same basic mistakes by letting Ro and Nance continue to do the coaching.They should have been shown the door at the same time as Fletcher.I saw virtually no passion or tactics from our side today and we already look relegated.

John Ward has managed a couple of decent results at Fleetwood and Rotherham. Do you honestly think our pathetic bunch of 'footballers' could've achieved the same?

Sheridan has inherited no more than 4-5 capable players and perhaps a few youngsters with potential. The majority of our squad sit in the stands on matchday discussing Nandos or how to say no to Webby's fishing trip. Unless Sheridan produces a miracle we're fecked.

I have no idea how good/bad Sheridan is in a crisis but he really does seem to have his work cut out. A bloated and largely ineffectual squad. An unproven coaching team. No real money to spend.

Looks to me like the odds are entirely justified. Is Webby still offering his £200 bet , or will it be all Sheridan's fault ?

You can say all you want about C.F. (and most of us have) but Brent made the quite possibly fateful decision to give Fletcher the job on a permanent basis after 5 games or so.
Make no mistake that was a bad result yesterday, Accrington were shite - except the goalie (Italian) who was great, I reckon Sheridan went home last night saying to himself 'shit'. He will know that was two points lost!

It must be obvious to brent and his rimmers that we need more loan signings or free transfers, the midfield is gash ,huorihane and young in the the centre of midfield must be the worst in the country, nobody at the club who can score or knows where the net is, put some money in speccy NOW!! or its non league

Falling out of the football league.

Brent should have convened a 'Dogs of War' board. It needs and probably still does need some gnarly football hardened board members. The 'who are they specialist in their fields' have been found wanting. They might prove their worth in getting a grandstand built (but won't finding finance etc be even harder for a team otside of the football league with lower attendences than now) but seem to have been the proverbial rabbits in the headlines when addressing very very pressing football problems.

Why should he be worried, he got what he wanted all along
