Good thing is we 100% know we’ve signed a top drawer player in Morgan.  A real match winner!

mods i know this is a silly request but is there anychace we could make this above comment the temp header tag line as when else are we going to see a happy freathy post a positive post lol

cheers

No-one could possibly deny this is a terrific signing.  And a good player who genuinely wants to be here.   Wonder if Rangers were still interested.  Would love to see Azaz back too - I'd be more than happy with two out of last seasons three best loanees returning.

im holding out for Azaz to return aswell that would be fantastic as the duo of Morgan and Finn i felt was our best form of attack playing off and feeding the striker and with the Wright boys also in the mix creating goals on the wing will be a strength. Still need 6 more signings though.

What’s all this furore about FFS, we sold our best player at the beginning of last season, investing in properties not players will mean we’ll inevitably struggle..
Well guess what, our best player hardly played at all and is now being offered on loan, champions with 101 pts and we may struggle but no one can accuse the club of not having right go.

he'll be back to answer this soon im sure lol but in anycase we needed a marque signing and bringing back a player like Whittaker on a 4 year deal and breaking the transfer record which is over £500,000 for macshit for sheff wed (i did think it was £750,000 for walton from qpr but he didnt trigger the add ons so we didnt pay that amount for him thankfully) is a sign to the fans that we are going to be serious about competiting next season. Again, we still need to strengthen in other areas still but this is a great signing once again, i hope morgan can continue ad better what he did here last season.

If Azaz signs permanently we'll more than hold our own. Yeah we'll get beat by the ex prem teams signing players for 12 million etc but we should stay up ok

We be faves to go down with some bookies.

Tis going to be a very hard season, make no mistake about that. A good few Championship clubs have a big wedge of monies to play with and spend a shedload on quality players, plus you have the three coming down getting parachute payments - which gives them an advantage and is unfair on lesser financed clubs.

I predict Argyle will be somewhere between 16th and 20th.

last year bookies had us at 28/1 and we won the league normally there not that way off the bookies there normally there and there about with the odds ..the aim Is as we all know is try and survive at that level for a couple of seasons & consolidate then I’d like to think we could then push on again after that
