| Hard to imagine a sitting Government having a more awful day in the House Of Commons As Lisa Nandy just concluded not a voice all day in favour of the Governments actions. Not a single one
Johnson sat there still like a rabbit caught in headlights knowing he been utterly unmasked but sadly its taken the worst crisis since Suez to show it
Better late than never. Theresa May was in tears. Brutal. |

| Lisa Nandy. LOVL. The same Lisa Nandy who only last month was agreeing WITH Boris on the withdrawal of troops from Afghan. I watched some of that today. I didn't hear one alternative from those clowns on the Liebour bench. Not one.
All a bunch of point scoring kunts - ALL of em.
Up the revolution. |

| So are you saying Harve, the UK should have stayed in Afghanistan unilaterally after the US pulled out ? You’d condone the slaughter of many more UK troops would you ? For what ? After twenty years of training, equipping & financing the Afghan army they simply turn & run when they’re not backed up by allied troops.
As far as I’m aware the last person to conquer Afghanistan was Ghengis Khan in the 13th century. It’s not known as the destroyer of empires for nothing.
And please don’t mention the traitorous witch Teresa May. It’s all crocodile tears. In all her years as Home Secretary & failed PM she did nothing to address the mass sexual abuse & rape of white British girls at the hands of Muslim rape gangs. |

Check out the first paragraph of my link and you will see that Pakistan herded 14 Uyghur Muslims over their border into China where they were summarily executed - no chance of political asylum for those poor souls. The reality is that ISIS plus the muslim world at large would know better than chance their arm against the muscle flexing Chinese who currently seem hell-bent on falling out with everyone. Pakistan who regulary fall out with India, know it wouldn't bode well for them should the chinese suddenly decide to expand it's borders. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] |

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Have you actually read that? There is also no indication that the Islamic State has done anything to fulfill the article’s call for terrorist violence against China. I found no reports in international media of the Islamic State or its supporters perpetrating attacks against Chinese interests anywhere in the world since, and the organization has made no claims of doing so. |

| One thing that stuck out like a sore thumb during the Taliban news conference was when the host speaker said the Taliban would welcome international community talks on possible investment in rebuilding the country and the economy.
Begging bowl out there !!
You could see where this may lead. The west throws wads of cash at Afghanistan because the Taliban state they have toned down the Sharia Law that is in place , and a watered down form of normalcy pre-Taliban take over , is ok with the west.
Interesting read is this.
Britain says it will not take unaccompanied children after a desperate Afghan woman passed her offspring over to western forces.

| Headline on the Reuters UK section stating that PM Johnson says UK will work with Taliban if necessary
The usual stuff , talk of a political and diplomatic way to find a solution to the crisis in Afghanistan.
Johnson has commented on the situation at Kabul airport as slightly better. Afghans , numbering in the thousands and desperate to leave the country , have swarmed the airport in the hope of being one of the lucky ones to get away from the Taliban.
1,615 have boarded planes since Saturday and these have comprised of 399 British people and their dependants, embassy staff totalling 320 and 402 Afghanis.
