Someone tell me why on earth Mayor should be offered a new deal the most over hyped and overrated player we have signed certainly in the last 50 years

The defence has been abysmal including Cooper so again tell me why Aimson or Edwards should be offered a new contract !

Aimson was our only decent defender who at least deserves to stay if only to be backup to new guys so there is that too.

Almost spot on except for Aimson. So long those who are leaving. Don't take too long to sign the deals the 5 offered. I honestly didnt know Jarvis Cleal was still part of the squad after they announced he had some issue that they didn't go into.

As for YTS players being offered pro contracts. The club had this to say...

With COVID-19 hindering development of players at Academy level, the club has taken up the option to extend the scholarship of three Academy prospects – Alfie Wotton, Finley Craske and Rhys Shirley – for another year. This option had already been exercised for Ethan Mitchell, whose late addition to the Academy means that his scholarship will also run for one more season.

We thank all departing Pilgrims for making positive contributions to the culture and success of the club during their time at Home Park, and we wish them nothing but the very best for the future.

So in effect only Mayor (who is leaving) Grant (who is leaving) with just Edwards the sole "established" first teamer likely to stay offered a contract

And those same aviva beards would cry if he wasnt offered one its just their way. They also think we are signing a striker from Cambridge cause they saw it on twitter and ignore the fact we just signed 2 on long term deals and have a academy prospect who when he can be arsed scored 18 goals.
