Picking on soft targets Angry in places with a very low population count (and I'll choose my words carefully) of dark skinned individuals

They cant try it on in big population areas like London, Birmingham, Manchester etc with a high percentage of them as they'd be seen through immediately so target areas where they are few and far between.....Plymouth and Torquay are perfect
