According to Newell this is great because young people are great in Boardrooms "cos they challenge everything".

Admittedly, she could challenge the other two ladies if their colours are clashing. But what the actual feck is she going to challenge anyone else on? To credibly and justifiably challenge someone in a football club Boardroom, first and foremost you need to have knowledge and know wtf you are talking about.

This just appears to be blatant nepotism.
