Been in the sea. feck me it was cold!

Van thermometer said it was 27.5c at The George.

App says it’s 21 degrees but I reckon it’s hotter than that.

Feeling old today. Just bought my Daughter her first car!

Nursing a hangover this morning after a great night out.

Off to Mount Gould hospital, then to the Hoe to watch my young (12) gran daughter sail a boat for the first time, from Mount Batten to Mount Edgcombe and back

Some odd jobs done this morning then pub lunch and followed by a snooze in the shade in my back garden for awhile.

This retired lark is quite tiring!

Got soaked so gave up working outside, came in and started sorting out all my boxes of fishing tackle, immediately the sun came out, feck me have I got some tackle. I'm well bored with it now. Be good when it's done though.

1st day back at work. Spent 8 hours stationary on the M5 last night.

I wish it was that kind.

Just bought a 1m 3 gang extension lead in white from Screwfix for £5.89. I think I would have got a much better price for the cable buying a longer one and shortening it, luckily when I got home I noticed the moulded plug. Very lucky escape.

Yes I was paying attention. It was sort of loopy up and loopy down swimming.

Number 2 lodger just got home from his silver Duke of Edinburgh weekend, damp, smelly, muddy, hungry and tired. Washing machine now on.

They have been doing this for the last 4 weekends up this way. Bronze practice w/end, Silver practice w/end, Bronze proper w/end and this weekend Silver proper w/end.

He has walked miles since Friday. As a treat we had a ruby tonight.
