why doesn't the "captured" person make a request to Argyle via a Freedom of Information Request to access the CCTV footage?

They would be entitled to do so under the Data Protection Act (1998) - Section 7: Right of Access to Personal Data. I can't post a link 'cus I am a newbie but Google it.

Within that, I would also ask Argyle to clarify their policy on who has legitimate access and how images have been able to be released into the public domain.

I fear IJN's enthusiasm to 'finger' someone for stickering has probably opened up a gargantuan hornet's nest his tiny mind cannot probably fathom now he has gone and done this and put a photo out there.......

Good post, I don't think IJN realises that his actions could cause a lot of grief for Argyle, and by the sounds of it, the GT's.

It's just another in a long list of foot-in-mouth moments from Nool.

What amazes me though is the powers that be up at Home Park know full well how many people Newell has had issues with. If they are allowing him access to personal data on their systems, surely they realise the size of the shitstorm they'd be implicit in, should Nools toys fly out of the pram one day and he uses this info to try and go on some sort of cyber rampage.

Jon Back, Head of Ops, Project Manager and general Jack of All was a regular ATD and Pasoti contributor for years and clearly knows all the history.

Difficult to comprehend how or why the club would be stupid enough to potentially open themselves up like this.
