Rather than stopping the stickers from appearing anywhere Nooly has created a situation where, and this was immediately, entirely and easily predictable, they'll proliferate and be everywhere.

I'm surprised that the Herald or Spotlight have not picked up on this. Spotlight especially love a good victim story (even if it is a poorly seal/hedgehog/seagull)
