Plympton Pilgrim is a thief.

I've never met Plympton Pilgrim. He has never said that he has stolen anything. I've never heard anybody say that he has. I have no reason whatsoever for making such an allegation. There is no reason for me to say it at all. It is a lie - to the best of my knowledge.

However if he challenges me I'm going to tell him to feck off and call him a pompous prick.

Why?

Simply because I can.

I'm sure he won't object because he doesn't seem to see any harm in it when something similar happens to me.

Just to be clear, nothing has been found in your favour, neither has anything been found in anyone else's favour who has commented on the thread. The thread was split as the comments being made bore no relation to the original post.

You have asserted that I am free to challenge - and I have - but by splitting the thread as you have you have allowed the lie to remain and have removed the rebuttal of it.

This is a nonsense.

There is no indication that I have said what has been attributed to me. Nobody has offered anything to support the assertion at all and they will not because there is none.

This could not be a simpler instance of a feck up.

All you need to do is remove the lie - why is that a problem?

The right to free spech is a wonderful thing but with it comes a responsibility not to abuse the right - and this abuse could not have been any clearer.
