| Leaves Palace the day before their first game of the new season against Arsenal. A bit surprised by this one, did a remarkable job last season but apparently not happy with the lack of support in the transfer market. A top manager IMO. |

| I wouldn't mind him back. Yes, his tactics could of been deemed as boring, as in parking the bus when needed, but by feck, he got the job done that season. |

| So, shall I give him a call then and ask him to rescue us from Shez?

| I don't think we're even on his radar any more. More like a vague memory than a career option.
Sunderland. That's where he'll end up. |

| Sounds like Parish wasn't prepared to go silly in the transfer market. Pulis reckons himself more than a relegation scrapper nowadays. Palace probably a good shout for the drop along with Swansea, West Brom, Hull and Villa. Any 3 from those. |

| He can now sit back and wait for the first struggling minnow to give him a call. He'll just state his price for survival............. in millions.
The bloke is not stupid and knows that a 'big' club will never hire him. |

| It's a myth that Pulis' football wasn't entertaining. Just look at some of the wins Palace picked up and the goals they scored to do that last season. He knows how to hold a lead and securing an early one can lead to a slow rest of the game - but the 3 all against Liverpool is proof that Pulis isn't anti-football. Top manager, no bullshit. |

| Palace were 3-0 down so there wasn't a lot Pulis could do about sitting on Palace's lead!
He was a hard to watch manager no doubt. |

The Pulis/Holloway thing is interesting. Ollie inherited a lean squad that knew how to time waste and grind out results. He brought in a few decent players and hey presto ! At Palace, Ollie acquired some pacey players and Pulis utilised their strengths while bringing greater organisation. |
