What's the point ?

If the chairman isn't going to back the manager significantly in the transfer market, what's the point in continuously sacking managers.

The chairman isn't going to pay for a ' decent ' replacement as shiriden was the cheap option in the first place.

So as I say. What's the point.

None at all really unless he's sure that sacking him, paying him up and hiring someone else will do a better job. 

That's if the chairman gave a feck which makes it all irrelevant.
