I mean FFS, why do we need a cinema in CP? Why do we need a hotel in CP? Ice rink......Yes, brilliant idea. I think a 'decent' sized ice rink with a say, 5000 capacity will be a winner with Plymothians, and will compliment the Life Center.

As for the grandstand, we are not asking for this....

A true statement of ambition that the wider public could be persuaded to buy into , as at other clubs with similar potential. A proper grandstand.

Trouble is, brent isn't interested. He either hopes to 'get lucky' ,or is happy to rid himself of the football club asap , to his jamboys and their sponsors.

With no investment from him on the playing side and as nool stated at the outset of brent's tenure, 'no walleted directors', the die would appear to be cast.

Nobody but the same 6k addicted , self promoting and bucket rattlers will turn up.

The only outside chance of a better future is to stop the development in its tracks. If it goes ahead, it's lower league dross for generations.

Clubs have come through with far worse hands than we have been dealt with over the years.

Maybe there is more truth in your statement if it doesn't go ahead.
