Grandstand to Re open on August 28th 2019.

Well according to the countdown clock on Pasoti that is and we all know they are well known for peddling lies to keep their feet under the top table. I'm calling bullshit on that and I think the earliest date we could expect would be maybe 12 months from now let's call it April 1st 2020.

I commented yesterday on other thread about not a soul in sight (again) but TGWU mentioned they were on a tea break it seems and back on the roof.

I see the "cream" seats havent been added to as yet. This will run and run until end of the coming season is completed which would make 2 years and 3 months. Yet Barr construction did 3 sides in 6 months lol

These cream seats are a little bizarre. Even IJN has had another pop on the sleep over thread making the point he wants a yellow one
Bungo says white is brittle. I'm scratching my head as to what he actually means....The roof covers the seats in the upper Grandstand just about in full and they're not going to fade as such in the sun as the horseshoe has

Yes good point perhaps white doesnt show the fade so obviously as the green ones have. Clearly GL events have cocked up as Bungo makes the subtle point we have put it back to them to review
