Exactly Reg. Stapleton and his boardroom mates all got 500K each from Kagami's £2m key money, which the club never got to use, except  for Wrathall, where an argument could be made he put that much back into the club before admin. Gill left shortly after with his stash .  So much for your argument Rickler that no one has made money out of their club connection. You really should stop making stupid statements that are patently wrong. And I'm not even going to go down the route of the cricket club land.

Oh, and it IS about intent as well as succeeding in that aim. Just because Todd got unlucky is beside the point, he was there to make as much as possible on a gamble and then clear off with Gardner..
Even newell has had to change his tune from "Jim isn't here to make money, he bleeds green" to "what's wrong with making a profit out of the football club". And do you know what ? I reckon you agree with him.
You're  just spouting crap for the sake of it simply because you don't like some people on here, me in particular, regardless of the facts. A proper troll. "Have your arse on a plate", lumox. Owners HAVE made out of their club days and Macauley is about to. Brent is about to, in fact already has with HHP and the purchase of his shares. Brent, like Stapleton before him, paid next to diddly to enter the club boardroom because he was the accountant beforehand.

Look I don’t know about the other directors, so no comment on them, but how TF you can state that Macauley is about to profit from his time with PAFC by selling Drakes Island 23 years after he bought it is beyond me.
The purchase of drakes Island was sod all to do with Argyle, nothing, if you can’t understand that then the rest of what you write can’t be given any creedance.

As I said before gaffer, you don't have to believe anything you don't want to. You're not being forced.

That sums up the your problem in a nutshell. You can't face reality. You live in your own stupid made up world, where whatever you dream up is your false truth.

Truth and falsehood are opposites. To use a phrase juxtaposing two opposites is meaningless, for one word negates the other. If it is “false” then it is not a truth. If it is a “truth”, then it is not false.

Think what bees is saying the money he made/profit for himself is what he used to buy drakes island with and now all these yrs his finally gunna sell it cash in after his latest plan hotel/entertainment centre casino or what ever it was that didn’t come to fruition

I think what the Bee man is stating is, if nothing ties in with his sometimes twisted beliefs then it ain’t true.

Why am I not surprised you're confused. But I'll explain it for you in your own words...

"If it is "false" then it's not a truth".

The subtlety of the English language, eh?
