Looks like more portacabins have gone in as it looks closer to the old entrance.

There's no way on earth that is anything but the new ticket office and club shop. Maybe it'll be clad with something but that is the new shop.

Talking to steve the crane driver this morning, they had another 8 more to come, the first load was coming at 1145 this morning. They are here permanently  with built in toilets for the fans. the toilets must be replacing the old open ones.

on the gos update its admitted to be at least the shop,

Wonder if the conferencing facilities, changing rooms etc will be modular (huts) too?

Its the new village shop run by Jimmy and Si, will i be able to buy my Carrots and Cornflakes there?

So we're having a £5mill refit of the Grandstand....yet that £5mill doesn't stretch to putting in an adequate number of toilets.....so some portakabin ones are being bolted onto the back end of the portakabin club shop.



You really couldn't make this shit up.

Went up to Sid James Park this afternoon with my camera all looking very good indeed, the pitch is magnificent and not a Portakabin in sight.
Can any of you techies out there tell me how to put a photograph on a

They started early today, crane been working on more cabins

They have also pegged out the fans paid for bar on webcam 2, where is webcam 3 JB

A Plymothian non Argo fan friend of mine has been looking at the webcams after I sent him the link, he said to me yesterday "are you sure these portakabins are not for the workers who are going to do up the stand"?


I just laughed.

Is that green door and are those rusted out turnstiles going to be demolished?? That facade looks even more ridiculous to the side of those MFI flat packs

It’s pretty clear the shop etc isn’t going to be asthetically enhanced in any way shape or form.

The locked-together-portakabins are going to look like, er, locked-together-portakabins.

So Village. So Argyle.

The up side is that it won’t take a new owner long to lift it all out again and do it properly!
