Seadaog, How do they cook gurnard to take away with chips?

Rockfish Friday this Fri from 5pm in the takeaway- local gurnard & chips for £3

I know I'm not Seadog but I do know my Gurnard, a big tub Gurnard would fillet although if cooked at home bake it whole in foil with onions, garlic, fennel and a little white wine. One of my favourite fish to eat and a must in a boullibase.
