Always had a lot of time for Lee Hodges, very underrated player in Argyle's rise up the leagues under Sturrock and has had his successes in management-should be a good addition to the youth set up.

I'm not sure he was underrated. Most fans recognised what he brought to the team and if he had pace he wouldn't have been here in the first place.
