A mate of mine has just returned from epic travels and he took in NZ he said that beer is about a tenner a pint!

Still having a great time regardless, obviously. The South Island is easily one of the greatest places I have ever visited. It's absolutely stunning, but bleddy expensive. I did manage to find a place in Queenstown selling decent beer for about $6 a pint though Iggs, but yeah Tenner seems the going rate. It's weird though, they don't ask if you want a pint or half pint. You have a glass or handle. I asked for a handle in the end and got a glass of beer though, so I guess I'm doing it right  

So they cancelled the England game and replaced it with Italy - Uruguay in the early hours of tomorrow morning. Bugger.

dont blame them what fool would rather watch england ?
