Tokyo Sexwale, the South African FIFA delegate doesn't think that Sepp Blatter is a racist, despite the corrupt Swiss bastard apologising today for his remarkson racism.

He's probably not racist, he's just a buffoon with a terrible grasp of English and doesn't know what he's saying.

He's certainly a crooked bastard though...quite a high percentage of Swiss are.
