Grandstand

I could have sworn that the plans for the new grandstand were to have been made available during December or at the latest during January.

(I may be wrong)

I can just see the specs now, saying we need to see if we are in this league next season first. He'll find all sorts of reasoning to put it off, just like the last lot!
